I hate jon brande

As Shayne, Trey, and Mikey reach Jon's house they and Kyle have a battle otop the roof ending with Jon's near death experience. After that Rawls and Mikey's stories combined revealing that Shayne was not who he seemed and was a kid who ran away and went to many different schools all over always leaving when he gets into a fight.

More and more is revealed about Rawls and Shayne's past life Rawls worked as a sort of police officer and that he got in an altercation with a student. While Shayne was trying to help Mikey with Jon and eventually landed in the hospital.

Farther and farther we learn about Shayne's friend Mikey and about all the drugs activities that goes on at their school. Mikey is given a bag from Jon the school drug dealer and eventually Mikey throws the bag away because of the police at the school. Jon figures this out and tries to beat up Mikey because Mikey never gave him the money he owed.

- I know this isn’t real, but it makes me sick to think about what Jon did to Shayne. Maybe because this kind of stuff really does happen to kids and it’s awful.
- I know some part of me should feel bad for Jon because his mum left when he was 5 and his dad beat him up and kicked him out for selling drugs. But I just can’t get over the way he so casually tasered an innocent dog and now 2 different kids. Psycho.

- I’ve never watched the show Wayne but Shayne is like him; a strange outlier kid who you’re inexplicably drawn to.
- Tasing a dog is psycho. Tasing another kid is a criminal offence. What’s insane is how Mikey’s sister can witness that with her own eyes and still actively choose to go out with Jon. Like are you genuinely stupid? Come on girl.
- Shayne is a pathological liar when it comes to his background.

- Shayne is what I would call a smart aleck. And I like it hehe. Just the blurry figure in the cover oozes interestingly cool.
- I did not know BMW make motorbikes! Cool!
- I like Mikey. He’s a motor mouth and sort of a smart aleck too haha.
- “My dad’s a SEAL.” “A navy SEAL?” “No, the kind you see at the zoo.” I just know this policeman is going to get tired of this kid real soon lol.
