So far, they define permaculture differently than I do. To me, it is something that can green the desert. It is swales or half-moon trenches that capture rainwater. It is planting plants that will not need humans to water them in 2 or 3 years (sometimes longer). To them, it's also a hundred other things that have nothing to do with permaculture.
