...quite confusing and a lot and also written in early modern english which just adds an extra layer. But I've found that like plays it is best to read aloud in order to slow down and absorb everything and I am enjoying it.

But if this takes place at the formation of the world, before the creation of man, then what are all these references to Greek heroes doing? Is it being used as a sort of outside allusion?
