The romance is not bad but the amount of descriptions and explanations is staggering. Doing a lot of skimming to avoid getting bored.

I am giving up on this book. I don't like the direction of the story. The main charaters spend way too much time apart yet are some how in love already. The paranormal aspect is over shadowing the romance. The female MC, Willow is a nurse and way too much time is spend on her job drama which is related to the story but I just don't care.
