Status Updates From Impetus of War

This book is fun. My favorite detail is that the Clan leaders bid to decide who fights a battle—the winner is whoever needs the smallest force to win. This bidding is done by hurling THROWING STARS representing their military units at a target held by the other officers.

Sometimes you just want to read a silly novel about squads of giant robots fighting each other, specifically one based on a tabletop game. I WILL NOT APOLOGIZE.
