There's parts here and there that I really love... Like diagnosing the general problem, and there are parts that make me really bothered. I think he meant this for people, mostly men, with poorly used time and careers and potential options. A lot of his questions at the end of the chapters are "what can I do to create ____ in my life" and if I knew that answer, I wouldn't be reading this book.
