I do like Diana Palmer books, but the chauvinism can be off putting. I'm 12 % into this book and the blatant sexism makes this a less than enjoyable read. Spoiler Alert: Early on the heroine is falsely arrested, but then apologizes for wearing a revealing Halloween costume as reason for the false arrest! I cannot believe this.
