The Odd Old Bird - Davidson: Told in Davidson's unique style, but I saw the punchline coming pretty early on, LOL.

The Third Sex - Brennert: Interesting exploration of a new, third sex with no sexual organs.

Winter on the Belle Fourche - Barrett, Jr.: Liver-Eating Johnson and Emily Dickinson meet. Sure, why not.

Enter a Soldier. Later: Enter Another - Silverberg: This would've been like 10x more interesting had I read it before 5 years ago.

Relationships - Sampson: Magical realist tale about relationship regrets.

Lottery Night - Somtow: A very silly story, steeped in Thai-ness.

A Deeper Sea - Jablokov: Dolphins are assholes, and so is Stasov.

The Edge of the World - Swanwick: Reread. This story keeps showing up in what I've been reading the last two years. Still fantastic.

Silver Lady and the Fortyish Man - Lindholm: I only know the author's work as Robin Hobb, but this story was delightful and funny.

At the Rialto - Willis: A frustrating story where she indulges her screwball comedy desires.

Skin Deep - Koja: Dude is addicted to his abusive alien lover. Gross.

The Egg - Popkes: An orphan boy and his alien nanny find an egg.
