Chapter 3: the judiciary, prosecution and government legal services - an overview.
This chapter gave a lot of great detail about the courts in Scotland in a summary that will be explored in more detail later that gives a good basic understanding of the hierarchy of legal systems in Scotland.
Getting to a point where I’m learning stuff.

I’m finishing chapter 2: the legal profession. Again it’s interesting to know and gives more of an insight into different roles with in being a lawyer but that’s not why I’m reading this. More information that is only necessary if you wanted to become a lawyer/solicitor etc.

I have finished reading chapter 1: introduction to the Scottish legal system. In honesty there isn’t much necessary information in this chapter for the exam that will be sat, however it is interesting and have given me good sources for further reading
