Ig it talks about the progressing desensitization to morality from the unwilling bystander to direct actor of crime?? Very interesting concept and sheds light on Body snatching in the Victorian era.

[The Isle of Voices]: Lowkey not sure how to think abt this at all… The premise started out interesting but it all just became a blur to me. Like bro tried to blackmail his powerful wizard father in law and gets thrown to the sea and balbalbla working at a ship running away stranded on an island gets a wife escapes cannibals??

But not written in a way that got me hooked. 5/10

Olalla [DONE]: … Damn. Honestly so captivating and beautifully written. Really something you gotta sit down on and think about for an afternoon. The generational trauma?? The impending fear of succumbing to madness?? The existential questions of who you are, what your identity is and just how far removed really are you from yourself and your ancestors?? Amazing.
