This is a hugely interesting read about making decisions in organisations. We tend to view senior management team as monolithic which can make decision making ineffective, depending on the size and makeup of this team. Instead of making decisions outside of this team (like many top leaders in organisations do), there is the option of optimising the team for decision making, organising it around topics.

Very very interesting. It challenges the idea that senior management teams are decision makers.
