I get this is for an audience who doesn't necessarily have a good understanding of evolution so it's my fault for not skipping the start, but equally 70 pages (and continuing) to set the scene? Could have been summarised methinks. That said, some nice stuff about the group selection controversy which I'd never fully got the low-down on.
