I read this book because my copy belonged to my mum and she read it when it was my age and I wanted to see what she liked about it, I don’t really think it was anything special but it was nice thinking about her reading it

SUMMARY: The book is about a teenage girl named Mia Thermopolis, who finds out that she is a princess of a small European country called Genovia. The main characters in the book are Mia, her best friend Lily, Mia's grandma, Lana Weinberger, and Mia's mom. The book takes place in Manhattan, New York where Mia goes to school. It also takes place in Genovia where she visits her grandma and rules the people of Genovia.

There are Mia/Michael cathedrals everywhere for those with eyes to see!
