I have never been a runner. I could even say, I hate running. I have been suffering from a lack of motivation to leave my apartment and came across this book as a recommendation from the book “This book made me Think of you” by Libby Page. It has been in my “Want To Read” queue for a few months, but since the audiobook is available, here we are.

WOWW! Mind blown! It's only been a couple of hours and I'm DEVOURING this book! Just what I needed!!
This book is like the meditation I needed when I usually go for running, but in a book form.
It's already a 5 star for me and my fav book of all time! I'm not even kidding!
