Heady read. But I feel like this is a huge intellectual watershed. Something that won’t fully be felt for 200 years, but when we look back will have been critical for the survival of the planet.

I just can't do it. I don't have the patience to work through the cadence of his thought, and I don't think that the pay off is going to be worth it. It seems like a lot of the baseline OOO ideas muddled together in almost a mystical way. His style was initially charming but increasingly maddening as I realized that a rolling up of the sleeves to work with things in a straightforward way was not to be forthcoming.
