Great passage:
“Each challenge is there to guide you toward the desire of your heart. Each problem, seen from the positive side, always turns into a blessing. Each sorrow leads you to your joy. Each doubt leads to your knowing. Each lack leads to your abundance...”

I grew up with extremes, complainers and those who never complain. The complainers were viscerally unappealing but the non-complainers were also unappealing. The complainers were obvious. But the non-complainers seem disengaged from others, invalidating in their own silent ways. I would rather engage with a complainer on a least complaint day.

This feels more like a lecture on the author’s personal beliefs instead of the alluring title. The title should be AUTHOR’S PERSONAL RANTS. I’m going to finish this book because I don’t like to rate a book without finishing it.

To put down the medical establishment as this book does is dangerous. After going through a major illness, I appreciate the advancement of medicine and the care I was given, but that was because I have a job and insurance. There are a lot of serious issues about health care in the U.S.’s capitalist society. I do think that you need to combine medical care with wellness living.

Good wish for everyone to develop compassion even your enemies. Wishing bad for your enemies affects you than them because they don’t care what you think, “I Intend that I am seeing everyone, including myself, in their highest light—happy, healthy, whole, and humming.”

Global observance day. So far have not learned anything profound that I have not read about in varying forms from meditation or art instructions. At least they don’t have New Agish mumble jumble.

Synchronicity again. I have it in spades with names. I just dated a Ralph, “He said his name was Ralph,...”. It didn’t work out but he was significant.

“The old English word for this process is “bibliomancy,” or book magic, and it calls upon us to suspend our logical, established ways of thinking for a short time in order to make room for our intuition to awaken.”

The beginning of the book and table of content has funny random capital letters, which makes it mystical and whimsical...our human capacity to find patterns and imagine. I have a high amount of synchronicity happen in my life, good and bad. I wonder whether such things can be controlled. Not sure what this book is about.
