Status Updates From The Red Knight (The Traitor...

There's so many characters. I'm keeping up, but I wonder if I should write them down before I forget like I did, often, reading The Count of Monte Cristo.

I'm enjoying the characters and writing so far! The captain intrigues me. Nice seeing Sauce attack a wyvern. The queen is kind of interesting, yet still feels very "woman written by a man". Ranald is chill. Thorn -- hello?? Need more.

Are we gonna have guns???

Hmmm... I am judging some of the writing. The way women are written about of course, but also the prose that's just confusing to me at times. Maybe that's a skill issue on my part.
I did notice an incorrect use of then vs. than.

Anyway I'm still enjoying this so far and I'm really curious about the mysterious powers that some of these characters have.
