Rereading some of Ms Parton’s books. If you’re feeling a bit sad, you’re not alone. She’s never ever fall away with a story available. Her songs are the best, but a quick read as a connection is so worth the effort.

It’s fascinating listening to Dolly talk about how much she loved to read!

I’ve been wanting to reread this for a while, and after losing our beloved angel today, I felt it was the right time to do so.
This book was written in 2012 as an extension of a commencement speech she gave at the University of Tennessee. One part that about brought me to tears is her talking about she wanted everyone to know that when she passed, she went happy, because chasing her dreams is what she loved to do.
