Amalie Lincoln is a survivor. She grew up in foster car but managed to graduate and get college scholarship and her business degree. She then survived a horrible car wreck with burn scars and emotional scars as well. Two yrs later she decides to move to Jubilee Ky and start her own CPA business. There she meets Sean who she actually knew in grade school and feels the same strong connection they had as kids.

New to me author and I really like the characters and writing. The story starts out fast and the mystery is who paid for the helicopter crash and what are they after?
