Concept: on-lookers of child abuse/neglect. Witness child abuse but not acknowledging it or calling out the parents or helping the child

Enoyoshi sees the child being neglected by parents who are money driven; they’re unaware of their son’s whereabouts or what he’s up to. He sees this but is too focused on how horrid the parents actions are, not the child at hand.
