This is a lot more boring than I anticipated, the first story was very .. nothing ?

Bought this 8 years ago upon the recommendation of a good friend whose opinion I valued a lot, then my colleague talked to me about Ulysses the other day and I found it very intriguing so thought maybe I’ll finally read this book to see if I generally like his writing
