Status Updates From The Vitamin D Cure, Revised

Skimmed this last chapter because it was nothing but recipes- 90% of them being meat. Since I’m a vegetarian 🌱 🥑 that wasn’t worth reading 😂

The author is annoying…repeating the same things over &over. Trying to say the only food you should be eating is meat and produce. As a vegetarian I wonder if I should just stop reading (unfortunately I don’t like to give up on books so I’m going to have to struggle through this)
He’s giving recipe ideas that sound absolutely disgusting. ie: breakfast- a poached egg, a cup of steamed spinach & a banana.

So far there is good information on how vitamin D levels can make you feel terrible if they’re too low.
But besides that there is so much nonsense including saying “all disease is preventable” along with charts that do a terrible job at being understandable.
