So far, a phantasmagoric staccato nightmare of cannibalism and torture swirling in a tornado of anachronism and confused stories, none of which make an impact individually, but when combined into a stew of mixed syntax, somehow makes sense. Sort of. Not bad, not bad.

Second time reading through this. Exceedingly strange book. I don't think you're really supposed to understand it as much as feel it.
