An amazing, sad, story. One all archeologists and missionaries should read. Are we truly helping others when they are removed from their homes, families, and language in the name of science.

This is the "Abridged young readers edition". It is a very interesting true story, one more people should read, but the vocabulary words and concepts discussed are at a high school level at the lowest. The atrocities performed in the name of science are heartbreaking to read. At this point, I'm about half-way through the book. I will finish, but I am afraid I won't do so without crying.
