Ch. 1 Notes: love this chapter on teaching/education. He emphasizes the teacher also being a student and being willing to also receive from their students and exposes the root of pride that prevents teachers from really being teachers- that is establishing the teaching relationship not just the content.

Found this in the half price books clearance section right after I decided to volunteer for high school youth ministry, so I said hey why not? It’s only $1.30.
What really sealed the deal is that it says one of the primary objectives of ministry is celebration, and I haven’t seen celebration explicitly listed as the pilar of a ministry except for Echo, so obviously I wanted to know more
