This book is wonderful! I have to force myself to slow down as an act of self-care. I'd recommend anyone to read books like this because grief is probably the most avoided emotion aside shame and I think that if you can feel those two emotions fully and freely then you can do anything in the entire world. 🫶🏻

I just listened to the introduction and I'm beyond excited to get back to this next time I do chores.
