Status Updates From Open Secrets

Not enjoying this book, 60% finished and I think I’ll leave it at that.

I was unsure about this… what does one do upon learning that an author did terrible things? I never read Alice Munro. The horrifying story of her treatment of her daughter in light of her husband’s abuse of her… well it certainly doesn’t make me want to read her more. But a story in this collection paralleled her daughter’s experience, I hear, and I am hoping to find an apology between the lines, I guess.
