Gave up… it wasn’t a bad book, but didn’t find myself curious or willing to read the book. Moved on to a new one

Noting a lot of (lower star) reviews asking why some vignettes are included. Think of the saying: a book tells you how to read it. Happy says his teacher commented on his writing, "has a hard time distinguishing the important from the unimportant." So it fits, readers having that reaction The irony is that those parts are perhaps important, simply for the fact that they are not typically given the light. Like Happy.
