Somewhat of a chore to get through. Suspicious that I'd be enjoying it more if it had not been recommended to me every time I mentioned my adoration of Bret Easton Ellis-- expectations have been greatly misplaced. Even still, I've attempted reading this book multiple times throughout the year and could never make it past the first few pages. Stubbornly gritting my teeth through it now. Perhaps just not for me.
