Still kinda wish the stories and arcs were longer.

Kinda bummed McMahon is turning into the main artist. At this point it's going into longer and longer arcs which it really helping with the issues I've had with some of the stories. It's beginning to feel less episodic with story beats and little details building up over multiple stories which makes things feel more connected and less episodic.

So far the two main artists are McMahon and Bernadelli. Defo prefer Bernadelli. Its been a breezy pulpy read. This is my first foray in this sorta barbarian-esque stuff so it's a felt fresh and nice to read. It's maybe a bit too episodic. They try to have each prog advance the story or shed light on lore or characterization but each arc feels too loosely related. Disconnected adventures can work but idk here.

Never really got the whole Conan deal but this is pretty fun, pulpy, and a breezy read. It's cool to see the different artists tackle it.
But however this got scanned is weird. Some pages feel poorly scanned almost like a xerox. It's random pages too which is weird. No pattern to it.
