Status Updates From Western Esotericism: A Guid...

Regardless of the tradition in which one has been raised,
those who refuse to be satisfied with outward appearances and
limited dogmatic systems will always be able to find access to the
universal truth about the nature of the world, of divinity and of
human destiny to which all the great mystics and spiritual teach-
ers have been referring.

This book is more comprehensible after you gather some more fundamental knowledge on the subject matter and come back to read it. It reads like a textbook designed for university students rather than for a general reader, though I am not complaining.
