I've just hit a bit of worldbuilding that illustrates the differences between the Adepts and Readers and it's fascinating in a way I hadn't expected from a random pick off a used bookstore shelf. I've been slow reading this but it's been enjoyable so far and now being elevated. Gonna have to give this more attention for sure.

So far, I'm a bit bored. Teens with psychic powers in some sort of martial arts/combat school.
