I'm so glad chapter 8, the chapter I'm about to start, begins on page 89. Because I would feel really uncomfortable logging page 88 in a book written by a Jewish author, with a cast of predominately Jewish or POC characters.

I loved this book. The bittersweet ending was a little sad, but again, I liked how it was written. It was interesting how a character who came off as a villain could've been seen as morally gray at the end. This was such a well-written book and I'm happy that I've finally read Aden's middle grade books. 😊

I agree with Ash's dialogue and how it's important to be your best person/be good to people while you're alive. 🙂
