Status Updates From Mars Hospital

Hard to read while I'm preparing for Neurosurgery on December 19, close to home, too true. Yet some good doctors out there, despite all the tangles and errors and so bad it's funny.

I love it so far. The patient stories made me think “people do that” which each new case. Greed takes a center stage when discussing the administration.

Top of TBR stack while preparing for 4th craniotomy. Adult survivor of pediatric cancer (ALL) with 2ndary tumor (brain), survives by morbid sense of humor. This book nails it (personal equivalent of titanium screw). I'm treated by board certified physicians @ facilities that continue to rebuild, outshine in competition. But same egotism, name calling, incompetence, greed, bureaucracy in/out of hospital. EPIC online.
