Starts with Turing's most important paper "on Computable numbers" surprising how much of this stuff is tied into the foundational crisis of the early twentieth century and even makes use of Cantor diagonalization, and introduces the halting problem and alternate form Godel's proof that computers run into very commonly the problem of deciding whether a program will halt and give an answer or go on forever looping.
