Man… this is the most contemporary and topical of all the Boston Teran novels I’ve read over the past 10 or 15 years. I mean, as they say in the 1950s movie trailers: “ Ripped From Today’s Headlines!” He’s already touched on the shootings in Uvalde and Buffalo.
So far? A tough brutal, and immensely satisfying read.
I’m trying to dole this out, savoring Boston Teran’s exquisite dialogue.

Received an Uncorrected Galley Proof in trade paperback format. As most know, I’m a huge fan of the novels of Boston Teran - who ever “they” are.
Probably my favorite contemporary author. This is Teran’s “sequel” to his first acclaimed thriller GOD IS A BULLET which I’ve read 3 times.
100 pages in and this is a terrific pulse-pounding crime & mayhem thriller and YOU need to read it!
