Till now the book have started explaining me the ways in which it will help me, i am able to relate to the examples given. The fact that we need to know ourselves seems a bit tiring but at the same time seems interesting enough to keep me hooked. I think from now on i won't be thinking that being by myself is a burden nd i need to do things, i would say its a way that i can meet the most amazing person for me i.e. me

It seems interesting i am gaining a new perspective of seeing my life, the fact that how movies and stories have soft power that makes us think that being alone is lonely depressing, it makes us have self pity, i believe we should think that rather than waiting for someone to help us we should help ourselves. The more i think about it the more confusing it gets but as i complete the book i will have clear vision.
