So this is a prequel to legends and lattes and my main qualm with the first one was how boring and flat the main love interest and the relationship she and Viv had were. Im only a little ways into this novel and the chemistry between Viv and Fern is sooooo much better. Idk if Fern is intended as a love interest but I like their dynamic so much more and am sad that this is the prequel and not the main novel tbh
