This was the first book in my life I had to stop reading. It is the most boring, slow moving, mundane book I have ever tried to read. I read a lot of WWII books. Most of the gut wrenching page turners. This is not that. What I read was a nothing but a detailed description of Hawaii in the bombing of Pearl Harbor era. There was no story that I could tell. When you really don't want to pick up a book its time to stop
