Status Updates From Family Unfriendly: A Critic...

Not gonna finish. 3/5. Agree with the premise, and most of the arguments made, but it’s just a pretty boring read. I feel like it could have been a compelling 100 page book, instead it’s a bit of a chore of a 300 page book. Dig the concept and the vision, bored of reading it.

I needed to hear this to give me some perspective and help me reassess how I do things. Author writes about over parenting traps that everybody falls for but are now the norm. He also talks about the lower circles of car hell where parents constantly shuttle kids back & forth, living more in the car than at home. Why do we do this to ourselves!?
