Despite the somewhat belaboured section on explicating what a "theory" is (suggested readings not necessary to see that they took some hints from Althusser and Foucault), the sections concerning the actual material were very interesting.

D.4. and beyond, and especially the history of the two theories, was very informative. Suggested readings looked good too.

Definitely not a light read, however, it is something that is invaluable for a newcomer to economics.

This book is proof that postmodernist philosophy doesn't have to read like gibberish.
