Status Updates From The Claw of the Conciliator

I’m reading this all as part of a one volume collection of the first two books in the series, but wanted to mark this one because I put it down back in May, haven’t read it in a while, and just started again today.

Boy did this book slow down after the sexual assault and the in-universe play.

Way more fast paced than the first. Things happen often that feel bizarre and almost at random, but make more and more sense as time goes on. The series is so interconnected. Loving it so far! Maybe even more than Shadow.
