I loved the segment on money! Like the idea of hating it but being stingy about it is interesting - it allowing us to have freedom while we have it and enslaving us in the process of obtaining or searching for it. Seem pretty obvious nowadays but my guy was taking about this during the enlightenment… Other than that, the part on him being situationally passionate but overall very timid was, once again, relatable

What Rousseau is doing, so far as I perceive this magnificent a piece of autographical work, is excellent, fragile, raw, witty, philosophical, psychological---and definitely a thriller of self-reflection.
