I don't think this is as good as others I've read by this author. Not a lot of action until the last 50-80 pages, with some short spurts of action here and there.

This is the first book of this kind I can recall being told in first person. In the beginning, I feared that I would get tired of so many sentences beginning with "I". However, that really wasn't an issue.
