Finally done with The Snow Queen. I am satisfied with how the book ended. I love how our characters found love at the end and I would've preferred if I could read more on how their relationships would develop further. The book was uneven for me. It only got good at the second half of the book or even further than that.

It was hard for me to get into the story and the style of writing in the first few chapters. (I haven't read Vol 1 or any work by Mercedes btw) But 124 pages in, I'm starting to enjoy it.
