I want this to never end

Classic bread knife: its long straight blade came down flush with the board for a full eleven inches. Best of all, with two wipes on a stone and six on a steel, it would slice bread fresh from the oven. (Any knife that will not cut hot bread is not a bread knife at all. If it will not let you have bread at its best, how can it be worthy of the name?)

No gentleman should ever be without a pocketknife.
