Status Updates From A Lifetime With Lions

Past half way and...
This book is more interesting than I had expected.
Heartbreaking yo read some parts as the traps and techniques poachers use to kill a animanl is mentioned. Reading this book with events that happened 50+ years ago, compared to todays time, there were so many more wildlife back then. George did what he could against them when he was alive but it's sad that it's still happening.

So I figured out this was originally titled Bwana Game, which makes so much more sense as lions have had very little to do with the book. Elsa doesn't even come in until two hundred pages in. But I guess some genius was like "Maybe if we remind people that George Adamson was also responsible for raising Elsa, we will sell more books."
