A bit slow but I like it so far

Re reading due to book two having been released

Found out there's another book coming - have to keep my eyes peeled for that.

Still enjoying it. Impressed by the writing... it's somehow honest - almost like being spoken to.
Looking forward to the rest of the book, but taking it slow because I don't want it to end.

Ok, only 3% through... but I'm already giggling like a 9 year old!
I have an urge to read this aloud to someone!!
And I'm starting to think P. J. Taylor based Brian's grandmother on my mother - it's scarily like her...

So far, so good. Doesn't every kid wish their grandparents didn't act so "old"?

So far, this is a good one for young adults. Not too much action, but enough to keep you interested. And, so far, there hasn't been anything I would be afraid to let a child read.

Not getting any better

I am trying really hard to read this book and do a review like I promised but all I keep thinking is this is Harry Potter!!
