So far we have terrible use of ellipsis, capital letters and three exclamation marks used at once ...all at the SAME TIME!!! (It's more offending in an actual book)

Also three chapters in and the main character is performing an assisted birth on a dragon? I love dragons, but these details are ones I could have happily died not knowing. Bleh, I don't know how far I'll last.
