Started Macbeth in this edition! (It was hard when I started and I prefer reading an introduction before starting any of Shakespeare’s olays but this version that I have at home lacks that (apart from the general one) so I’ll look for one online…)

I went into this one virtually blind and was mildly surprised. I don’t think I understood it as much as hamlet but I think that’s a good thing, I didn’t have any preconceived notions of grandeur (besides it being Shakespeare)
